Returns Policy
Easy, No problem Returns at The Baby Place.
You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure below:
- Register your return request on our returns portal within 14 days from receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to get the item back to us!
- We recommend getting proof of postage and/or using a tracked Delivery service as we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us.
- All items are Checked thoroughly before we send them to you - We will only accept Returns that are unworn in perfect condition, with original hangers and tags still attached
- *Please make sure your Returned item is sent back in its Original Condition - We will not give a full refund on your item if it is not returned as requested.
- We do not refund original postage costs
- Orders returned in full for refund that had the benefit of the Free Shipping offer will have our minimum £4.69 shipping charge deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
No Problem! If you wish to Exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us via info@thebabyplace.co.uk or by our messenger app, and we will be happy to check we have the size you want and put that item to one side for you until your original item is received back.
As soon as it's back with us (in original condition as per Returns Policy) we will Ship your Exchange free of charge.
