UK Delivery Options

We Ship Monday-Friday by Royal Mail - Orders are Shipped the same day when possible (orders received after 2 pm may ship next working day)*

Next Day UK Delivery

Orders Must be received by 11am to Use our Next Day Delivery Service

Your order will be delivered by 4 pm the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays + Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). 

Orders placed after 11 am on a Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday + delivered on a Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Orders placed after 11 am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday + delivered on a Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Europe Deliveries

The UK has now left the EU and although a trade agreement has been agreed you may still be liable for your own countries customs Duty taxes and VAT. The Baby Place Ltd is not responsible for these charges.

• The levels and thresholds of charges vary for each European country. We cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact the customs authority of the destination country for help, either directly or via their websites.
• All shipments to Europe including Eire will be posted “International Tracked & Signed". 

International Deliveries

All Shipments to International destinations will be posted "International Tracked & Signed"

You may be liable for your own countries Customs Duty taxes and VAT

Returns Policy

Easy, No problem Returns at The Baby Place.

You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure below:

• Register your return request on our returns portal within 14 days from receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to get the item back to us!
• We recommend using a tracked Delivery service as we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us.
• All items are Checked thoroughly before we send them to you - We will only accept Returns that are unworn in perfect condition, with original hangers and tags still attached
• *Please make sure your Returned item is sent back in its Original Condition - We will not give a full refund on your item if it is not returned as requested.
• We do not refund original postage costs 

Exchanges

No Problem! If you wish to Exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us via info@thebabyplace.co.uk or by our messenger app, and we will be happy to check we have the size you want and put that item to one side for you until your original item is received back.

As soon as it's back with us (in original condition as per Returns Policy) we will Ship your Exchange free of charge.
