Returns Policy - How to Return an Item
You can return any part of your order for any reason within 28 days of receipt for a refund, or within 35 days of redeipt for a Store Credit. Please follow the procedure below:
To return an item(s), you must:
- Use our Returns Centre (or email us at email@example.com if you've received a damaged/incorrect item
- Purchase a Return Label through our Return Centre
- Alternatively, Send your return using your own preferred tracked service
- You are responsible for returns costs, either using our Evri pre-paid returns label (estimated at a cost of £3.75), or your own carrier (which should include tracking/insurance). We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 28 Days following the date of receipt of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, tags, hangers included and attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below
RETURN PROCEDURE :
- Register your return in our RETURNS CENTER You then have until 28 days from your original delivery date to get the item back to us!
- Your Return will then be approved (if applicable) you will receive a Returns number and you will have the options of:
- a) Purchasing an Evri Paid Return Label
- b) Choosing to Return with a Carrier of your Choice*
- *If choosing your own Return Carrier, We recommend getting proof of postage and/or using a tracked Delivery service as we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us.
- DO NOT return an item without first registering your Return
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges, if these have been paid by the customer, and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund, give store credit or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
- All items are Checked thoroughly before we send them to you - We will only accept Returns that are unworn in perfect condition, with original hangers and tags still attached - items received back in less than perfect condition will not be refunded (as per our policy above)
- We do not refund original postage costs
- Orders returned in full for refund that had the benefit of the Free Shipping offer will may have our minimum £3.60 shipping charge deducted from the refund.
We do not currently offer Exchanges. Please return your unwanted item/s for refund. If you wish then, you may re-order an alternative size or item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
