UK Delivery Options

At just £3.99*, our Standard Delivery service gives customers quick and efficient delivery that doesn't break the bank – and if you're spending over £50.00, delivery is FREE! (UK Only)

We Ship Monday-Friday and have options available by EVRI, Royal Mail & DPD - Orders are Shipped the same day when possible and always within 24 hours of ordering Monday-Friday (orders received after 1 pm may ship next working day)*  

All Delivery Times are 'Estimated' and 'Not Guranteed' by The Baby Place.

  • Local Delivery Bournemouth Area - FREE (Wednesday & Saturday Delivery)

Standard Delivery Areas:

We use Royal Mail to deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Remote regions of the UK may take an Extra Day to arrive with you.

We DO NOT currently offer Delivery with DPD to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses - we will use EVRI or Royal Mail for these areas - please allow an extra day for remote areas.

Royal Mail & DPD Next Day UK Delivery

Orders Must be received by 11am to Use our Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service or by 1pm for DPD Next Day ** When available** this option will show at Checkout.

Your order will be delivered the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays + Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). 

Orders placed after 11am / 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday + delivered on a Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Orders placed after 11am / 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday + delivered on a Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays)

*PLEASE REMEMBER WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS* 

Shipping to Europe:

The UK has now left the EU and although a trade agreement has been agreed you may still be liable for your own countries customs Duty taxes and VAT. The Baby Place Ltd is not responsible for these charges.

  • The levels and thresholds of charges vary for each European country. We cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact the customs authority of the destination country for help, either directly or via their websites.
  • All shipments to Europe will be posted “International Tracked & Signed".

International Deliveries

All Shipments to International destinations will be posted "International Tracked & Signed"

You may be liable for your own countries Customs Duty taxes and VAT

We will not refund International Postage for items returned to us due to non-collection/non-delivery/or duties not being paid

 **Just a few more things...

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales, Christmas or Religeous Holidays) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or as reliable, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
* Delivery times are an estimate - we cannot be held responsible if a delivery is delayed by the Service provider after we have shipped.
* Shipping prices from £3.99* may change depending on the size or value of your order and will be updated at checkout, you may then choose the price or provider for shipping your order.
*Free Shipping is available on UK orders over £55. We reserve the right to choose the Shipping provider for this service. Orders returned in full for refund that had the benefit of the Free Shipping offer will have our minimum £3.99 or maximum £6.99 shipping charge deducted from the refund.
Undelivered Items:
We at The Baby Place cannot be held responsible if you are not in to take delivery of your item/s. If you do not rearrange or collect an undelivered item and the item is returned to us as 'not collected' we will contact you to arrange re-sending or refund for the items purchased - but will not be responsible for refunding the original postage charges.
