Submit your contact information to us while placing an order with us. We hold personal information including your name, email address, phone number(s), home address, shipping address(es) and billing address(es) as well as transaction data such as what you added to your cart so that we can process and fulfil your order.
**Please note we do not retain or have access to your credit card, debit card or other confidential payment information.

Additionally, we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. This information allows us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

We have agreements in place with our data processors which means that they cannot do anything with your personal data unless we have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal data with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for an agreed period.

We may share your name, address and telephone number with third party fulfilment partners and Shipping companies to enable them to deliver your order and contact you if there is an issue.

We will NEVER EVER sell or rent your personal information to other organisations for marketing purposes.
